Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and its members regarding the use of the "Emots" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Immersive Cast Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)

  1. "Service" refers to Emots and all related services available to "Members" regardless of the terminal (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and portable devices) used.
  2. "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Company's "Service," enters into a service agreement with the "Company" in accordance with these Terms of Service, and uses the "Service" provided by the "Company."
  3. "Content" refers to text, photos, videos, and various files and links, including codes, text, voice, sound, images, and video, posted by "Members" on the "Service."

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms and Conditions)

  1. The "Company" will post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the service screen so that "Members" can easily understand them.
  2. The "Company" may revise these Terms and Conditions as long as it does not violate relevant laws, such as the "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communications Network Act")."
  3. If the "Company" revises the Terms and Conditions, it will notify the Members of the revised Terms and Conditions, along with the current Terms and Conditions, in the manner set forth in Paragraph 1, from seven days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if the revised Terms and Conditions are disadvantageous to Members, the Members will be notified 30 days in advance.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

  1. The Service Agreement is concluded when a person wishing to become a "Member" (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") agrees to the terms and conditions, applies for membership, and the "Company" approves such application.
  2. In principle, the "Company" approves applications from "Applicants" for use of the "Service." However, the "Company" may not approve applications or may terminate the service agreement later if any of the following applies:
    1. If the Applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms and Conditions.
    2. If the Applicant uses a false name or another person's name.
    3. If false information is provided or information requested by the "Company" is not provided.
    4. If a child under the age of 14 does not obtain the consent of their legal representative (parent, etc.)

Article 5 (Personal Information Protection Obligation)

The "Company" strives to protect the personal information of "Members" in accordance with the "Information and Communications Network Act" and other relevant laws and regulations. The protection and use of personal information is governed by relevant laws and regulations and the "Company's" Personal Information Processing Policy.

Article 6 (Member's Obligation to Manage ID and Password)

  1. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password, and must not allow third parties to use them.
  2. If a Member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Company and follow the Company's instructions.

Article 7 (Notice to Members)

  1. Unless otherwise provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the Company may notify Members via email address or electronic message within the Service.
  2. In the case of notices to an unspecified number of Members, the Company may substitute individual notices by posting the notice on the Service bulletin board for at least seven days.

Article 8 (Attribution of Rights)

  1. Copyright and intellectual property rights for the Service belong to the Company.
  2. The "Company" grants "Members" the right to use accounts, "IDs," "Contents," and "Points" in accordance with the Terms of Use established by the "Company" in relation to the Service. Members may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of these accounts.

Article 9 (Cancellation, Termination, etc. of Contract)

  1. Members may request cancellation of the Service Agreement at any time through the Customer Center or "My Information Management" menu on the Service's home screen. The "Company" shall promptly process such requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. If a "Member" terminates the Agreement, all of the Member's data will be deleted immediately, except where the "Company" retains Member information in accordance with applicable laws and the Personal Information Processing Policy.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The "Company" shall be exempt from liability for providing the "Service" if it is unable to provide the "Service" due to a natural disaster or other force majeure.
  2. The "Company" is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the "Service" due to reasons attributable to the "Member."
  3. The "Company" is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or other aspects of information, materials, or facts posted by "Members" in connection with the "Service."

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms and Conditions will take effect on December 3, 2025.
